InXile Entertainment is pleased to announce that Wasteland 3 will be released on 28 August for Windows PC, PlasyStation 4 and XBox One. The game was originally slated for release on 19 May but inXile was forced to push back the date due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. In the meantime, the company says that it will incorporate feedback and suggestions it received from the Wasteland 3 Beta to refine the game.

“We’re in a great position with both Microsoft and Deep Silver supporting our desire to ensure the game launches in the best possible circumstances, and to add a few extra months to ensure this is a stellar product on day one,” inXile studio head Brian Fargo said in a statement.
