Blockchain has revolutionized the way people transact online and control digital assets. One of the best examples of this are decentralized applications or dApps that can be found in the dAppStore.

DAppstore is basically a platform or marketplace similar to the Apple App Store and Google PlayStore but with the exception that it only hosts dApps.

DApps are open sourced, decentralized, distributed and incentivized software applications that utilize blockchain technology and non-fungible tokens (NFTs).

These give users full ownership of the digital assets they purchase and any action the owner does using the item adds to its uniqueness and value. This means that when the owner decides to sell the item at a later time – and, yes, selling digital assets is possible with dApps – they can be sold at a premium.

Luckily, you don’t need much to start trying out dApps – we’ve found a web 3.0 browser called Osiris which features a fully integrated dAppStore with some interesting dApps users can try.
